Ye Olde Coach Inn - Corner of Rt. 8 and Rt. 100 Readsboro, Vermont.  Site of the first PGA Golf Course in New England, Safe House for Runaway Slaves on the Underground Railroad.  President McKinley spent a good deal of time here!

Teeing off at The Olde Coach Inn !! The Olde Coach Inn was the site of the FIRST PGA Golf Course in New England !! Frequented by President William McKinley, a friend of W.B. Plunkett, the Adams, Massachusetts textile industrialist.

Rumored to be a "safe house" for slaves escaping northward on the Underground Railroad.

The Historic Bridge of Flowers in Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts.  Built upon a 400' Trolley Bridge over the Deerfield River. The Bridge of Flowers has been a project of the Shelburne Falls Women's Club since 1928.
