COMMUNITY SERVICE and SUPPORT PROGRAM (C.S.S.P.)

We at StateLine Realty are excited to announce the creation of our Exclusive Community Service and Support Program (C.S.S.P.) to aid the Communities we serve with actual dollar support, in addition to our ongoing support thru Community Service in the Towns in which we live. For services we at StateLine Realty have identified as worthy of our financial support, we will contribute to, and on an ongoing basis, a portion of each property sale.
For EVERY sale of Real Estate in any given Community whereby StateLine Realty is a Party-To-The-Sale, StateLine Realty will donate $50.00 from each transaction to a same Town Entity identified below.
Although there are many worthy causes, the following list identifies exactly where Company Dollars will be donated over the next 6 months. This list is subject to petition by residents, to alter our perceived list. We will review petitions and requests by residents of each Community, as received, and, if necessary, adjust the destinations of those dollars every july 1st and january 1st. Additionally, should we list or sell a property in any outlying Town, our general feeling is that we would be ammenable to donate to either the Fire Companies, The Historical Societies, or the General Fund (which may allow free cash rollovers), allowing each municipality to utilize said dollars as the see fit.
We at StateLine Realty recognize that our Cities and Towns are under financial stress. Our goal is to give back to the Community. Our record of Community Service at StateLine Realty is 100%!! Both Margo Van Peterson and myself work very hard to improve the Communities in which we live...and work! We work very hard...for you and me! This is just a further extension of our committment to our Communities.
